I liked the fact that they give you a block of time in which they will come (i.e. from 8am to 1pm) and then actually call when they are on there way which was at 10:30am.
Joe did a very thorough cleaning job and pointed out several areas of concern with my current chimney. He was able to provide solutions right there and offered a very reasonable price. The work as completed in less than one day. Joe cleaned up everything once he completed the job. I would recommend his team to anyone looking to resolve any chimney related matter. In fact, we will be using Joe in the spring to “re-point” the brick work on our chimney.
Our impression was very good overall. Both gentlemen were courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. All the work was done promptly, including cutting away overgrown ivy. The only criticism we have is that they removed a large outdated copper cover from the roof and threw it down in the backyard. I think they may have intended to remove it but they left it there. But we would recommend them to friends.

Our company contracted Alpine Chimney Sweeps to clean chimneys for our customers who are having new boilers installed. Alpine responded immediately to our requests. We found Mr. Casey and his staff to be thoroughly professional and courteous. They keep us informed as to appointments made as well as calls made with messages left to schedule appointments. Seemed good. Tried to sell us a chimney cap but we’re not sure we need it. The cleaning was reasonably priced and seemed to be done well. They were neat and punctual and courteous.
Well as far as I know nothing about how to clean a chimney, what it really details, they shoved a broom UP my chimney, and brushed up and down, vacuumed up the mess, went down stairs and did the same to the furnace pipes, suggested I get a new flew (see I can’t spell that) just one that is more energy efficient, and think about sealing the bricks in the chimney since the house is OLD. The guys were very nice and kept the dirt contained, OH and most important, my time slot was between 9-1 and I guess I lucked out they were here at 9 and gone about 40 min later.

The receptionist went out of her way to get me on the schedule. When the man came out to clean, he said I didn’t need anything but a chimney cap. Didn’t charge me, didn’t really hard sell any new products. He was helpful and honest. I don’t know what it would have been if it needed cleaning, but overall it was a positive experience.
Got the chimney cleaned and a cap on in under 30 minutes. Price was good. Had to reschedule once because their truck broke down.
